Canadian Prime Meridian

I had to search for this even when I was looking right at it. The plaque indicating the Canadian Prime Meridian is small and blends into the wall on which it is mounted. The plaque is on the outside wall of the Dominion Observatory on the east side of Maple Drive south of Carling Avenue. Look on the south wall of the Observatory at the extreme west side of it. There is nothing with it in the way of explanation or the time of its placement.
