Thomas Ahearn Drinking Fountain

In Ottawa, on the southeast corner of Bank Street and Holmwood Avenue, just outside Lansdowne Park, stands the Thomas Ahearn Drinking Fountain.

At its first installation in 1949 the fountain had the means to provide drinking water. In its current location it has no plumbing.
