Caroline's Garden

Caroline's Garden, designed and tended to by Caroline Bender, provides the focal point of Millennium Park on the northeast corner of Highway 16 and County Road 2 in Johnstown, Ontario. The garden incorporates a number of historical memorials.

This pillory in the garden likely relates to the First Courthouse and Gaol plaque.
As the head and hand holes are large enough for a person to put their head and
hands through, I suspect this is a fun replica. It has no plaque or sign telling
anything about it.
